Roles and Responsibilities


  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct research to identify local market trends and customer needs. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify potential clients and conduct outreach to promote products and services. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
  • Sales and Negotiations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, operations, and services. Educate clients on how our products and services can benefit them.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services. Prepare regular reports of sales results, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly analyses.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand and support marketing initiatives. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Requirements


  • Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, ideally in the technology sector, A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of the local market and industry.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach. Strong commitment to meeting customer needs and driving business growth. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and competitive market environment
