Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinating with event vendors to ensure that all elements of the event are delivered as planned.
• Managing the design and production of flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and other print materials used for marketing events.
• Work closely with the manager to develop event strategies, including defining goals, target audience, messaging, and promotional activities.
• Monitor event performance and gather feedback to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Planning and promoting all events.
• Liaising procurement team to select and negotiate with vendors.
• Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
• Developing an event marketing strategy including goals, objectives, and target audiences.
• Reviewing marketing materials created by outside vendors and approving them before they are used in an event marketing campaign.
• Managing the budget for an event, including securing sponsorships and negotiating rates with vendors.
• Write PR for the event.
• Researching trends in event planning to develop new ideas for future events.
• Other task assigns by marketing director.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related filed.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in design, planning and analysis, and brand building.
• Good English communication both in verbal and written.
• Good computer skill.
