Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Manager with marketing plan, strategy and budget;
• Lead marketing team on daily operations to ensure marketing objectives are being achieved;
• Manage good relationships with media and vendors/suppliers;
• Develops promotional materials like press releases, emails, newsletters and other media outreach programs;
• Conduct and prepare market research report to identify key issues, market trends and customer preference/perception;
• Manage, monitor, assess and report the effectiveness of the marketing projects/events;
• Initiate marketing effective strategies and campaign to compete with the market intension to gain better market share and achieve sales target;
• Identify market opportunities and potential area of development/focus;
• Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Marketing.

Requirements

• Experienced and proficient in verbal and written communication and preparing reports;
• Knowledge about research, market and customer insight;
• Knowledge of real estate/property development market;
• Knowledge of advertising campaigns, press releases and the development of other strategic communication;
• Excellent communications skills, working effectively with media and the public;
• Competent in formal Report Writing and Presentation Skills;
• Demonstrated supervisory and mentoring skills;
• Bachelor's Degree marketing and communication, business studies, commerce, management or related field;
• At least 3 years proven work experience in the area of strategic communication, advertising, marketing or related areas;
• At least 2 years of marketing experience with property development/construction company;
• Good English speaking & writing;
• Be creative and open to learn;
• Be able to use MS. Office, Internet & E-mail;
• Could work under pressure.
