Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Web Development Projects: Should be able to lead projects, guide a team of developers, and coordinate with other departments such as design, business to achieve project goals.
• Website & Web Application Development: Create and maintain websites and web applications using various programming languages like TypeScript, PHP, etc., and technologies like HTML, CSS, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Element-Ui etc.
• Coding Standards & Best Practices: Implement and maintain high-quality coding standards and best practices to ensure that the website or application is not only functional but also reliable, secure, and efficient.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues. This includes both front-end and back-end issues.
• Website Performance: Ensure that the website or application is optimized for speed and scalability. This can involve tasks like optimizing images, minifying CSS and JavaScript, and using tools to improve website loading speed.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Test the website or application to ensure it is working as expected. This includes testing across different browsers and devices, as well as testing for usability and functionality.
• Training & Mentoring: Senior position should also be able to train and mentor junior developers, helping them to improve their skills and understanding of web development.
• Stay Updated: Continually learning and staying updated with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven work experience (3+ years) as a Frontend Developer.
• Strong experience (1+ years) with Vue.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Element-UI Plus.
• Expert understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern JavaScript libraries and tooling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
