Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage all phases of the digital marketing campaigns including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns;
• Assist the manager/supervisor to develop digital marketing channels including the Website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media;
• Lead on content planning, creative posts, captions for all digital marketing channels;
• Manage online communities, including posting, monitoring and response and collect customer needs, emotions, and other feedback for improvement;
• Track and analyses website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports;
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry development;
• Work on the Search Engine Optimization of the websites;
• Work flexibly with the graphic designer to make creative conceptual artworks;
• Other tasks assigned by Head of Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in marketing, advertising, media or other related fields;
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing;
• Knowledge in contents writing, content management and digital ads;
• Knowledge in the marketing funnel and lead conversion is highly desired;
• Agency background or experience with digital media agencies;
• Knowledge of graphic design principle and copy writing;
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and Ads management such as Chatbot, GDN, Google SEO, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager etc.);
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively;
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible schedule.
