• Employer, if you seek for employee(s) by registering your profile (“Employer Information”) and post a job announcement (“Job Information”) on the Website.

 

Visitor

You may freely use the Website without having to pay us any subscription fee.

 

Job Seeker

You warrant and agree to ensure that the Job Seeker Information is true, accurate and up-to-date as of the date you provide it to us.

When you apply for a job posted on the Website, the Job Seeker Information will be sent to the relevant employer for review and consideration.

You agree that CoGen and/or its business partner(s) may propose you a job that it deems fit with your qualifications and experiences based on the Job Seeker Information.  

 

Employer

By registering as an Employer with us, you consent to provide the Employer Information and Job Information to us. Per a prior notice of at least 2 business days, we agree and warrant to delete any Employer Information or Job Information that you provided to us and posted on the Website. However, we may retain a copy of such information in our database for records.

The Job Information may include the job description and employer background (e.g. description of the company business activities, and structure).

 

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to post any of the following on the Website;

• Any inaccurate or untrue information regarding Job Information, Job Seeker Information or Employer Information,
• Any advertisement, promotion or propaganda for any individuals or organizations or products or services.
• Any political point of view or comment for whatever reason,
• Any posting for anti-government purpose, or for the purpose of criticizing or acting against any religion, organization or individual;
• Any information that is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
