Summary: The HRBP Manager acts as a strategic consultant to leadership, aligning human resources initiatives with overarching business objectives. You will bridge the gap between departmental needs and HR centers of excellence (COEs) to drive performance, engagement, and retention. As a "people scientist," you will use data-driven insights to solve complex organizational challenges and coach managers into becoming better leaders.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.

  • Performance Management: Lead the annual performance cycle, including goal setting, check-ins, and merit reviews, ensuring a culture of high performance and continuous feedback.

  • Talent & Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and critical roles; lead workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in the right place for future needs.

  • Complex Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for sensitive ER issues, conducting objective investigations and providing conflict resolution guidance.

  • Leadership Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching to managers on people management, career development, and navigating difficult conversations.

  • Change Management: Serve as a lead agent for organizational shifts, including restructures, culture initiatives, or new technology implementations.

  • Data Analysis: Interpret HR metrics (turnover, engagement scores, time-to-hire) to identify trends and propose proactive solutions to leadership.

  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure all people practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws, maintaining an updated knowledge of 2026 employment regulations.


Requirements


  • 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a dedicated HRBP or HR Management role.
