● Provide level 1 and level 2 support on IT issues.
● On-site support if needed
● Maintain and keep track of all IT devices
● Distribute the latest IT News/ Incidents to all teammates in the store
● Assist in contacting vendors for technical support
● Support finance team for the fixed assets list and expense
● Ensure company property security and cybersecurity
● Autonomous of managing projects & a team.
● Other responsibilities related to IT scope following the group standards process and implementation
● Risk prevention
● Sportive: You are passionate about sports, regular practice of at least one sport.
● Experienced in project & team management.
● Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.
● Experienced in resolving network issues, including wireless, security, and switching problems.
● In-depth knowledge of Meraki's cloud-based platform, including device management, configuration, and
troubleshooting.
● Understanding of IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and cybersecurity is crucial.
● Understanding computer components, operating systems (Windows Server, Windows, macOS, Android)
and common software applications is crucial.
● Providing excellent customer service and support is a key aspect of the role.
● Availability for flexible scheduling.
● You are fluent in Khmer and English
