Summary: Provide reliable back-office and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, accurate document handling, and timely coordination with internal teams and external parties, under direct supervision.
• Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing documents in accordance with internal procedures.
• Support submission and follow-up of documents with relevant authorities and external institutions as instructed.
• Maintain proper tracking of submitted documents and related correspondence
• Provide administrative assistance to the Secretary Office, including document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Support meeting logistics, scheduling, and basic coordination tasks when required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support official missions and assignments, including travel to provincial locations when required.
• Assist in coordinating transportation and basic logistics for office operations.
• Maintain confidentiality, loyalty, and professionalism in handling company information and documents.
• Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by Management.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Undergraduate students in their 2nd or 3rd year of university are encouraged to apply.
• Basic ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and availability to travel to provinces for official missions.
• Ability to drive a car is an advantage (valid driver’s license preferred).
• Reliable, loyal, and disciplined work attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
