Roles and Responsibilities


  • Overseeing the operation work of the bank, assisting in the management of the bank's operation team; operation risk management; interfacing with other departments on operation work, and ultimately ensuring that the bank's operation is in line with the overall strategic objectives of the bank.
  • Take the lead and initiative in designing and optimizing various business processes across the bank, identifying, controlling, handling, and reducing operational risks, and proposing positive improvements to reduce operational costs.
  • Take the lead and initiative in checking the daily work of the Bank's clearing, counter, customer service and other operational lines to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements.
  • Take the lead and initiative in designing, developing and updating the bank's operational manuals, procedures and policies.
  • Cooperate with the development, testing and tracking of various banking systems and processes, such as core systems, mobile banking, internet banking, bank cards, etc., and propose operational requirements and optimization according to the digital banking strategy.
  • Proactively collaborate and reaching out to other departments, especially IT, clearing, compliance, credit review, branding and marketing, etc., to give full support on the role of the operation department as a center point and the supporting structure like a bridge in the entire bank, and to assist in cooperating with the growth of the whole bank's business.
  • Pay attention to the mental health development of staff's mind, promoting the training and development of staff in operation positions, and provide guidance and direction on business matters, supervise staff's business ability, emergency handling ability, customer reception service level, and continuously improve the efficiency and quality of customer service.
  • Undertake the coordination, integration and management of Chinese business deposit and loan business, develop and maintain high-level customers, group customers, etc.
  • Other work arranged by the management.

Requirements


  • A bachelor’s degree a major finance banking or other related field.
  • Proficiency English Communication (Chinese is a plus).
  • Professional requirements public relations, business management other majors.
  • Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal skill, good team-spirit, honest reliable.
  • At least 5 years’ experiences a similar with Banking, MFI or 10 years’ experiences working experience.
  • High integrity, fast learner, adaptability
  • Possess good ethics rigorous attitude.
