Roles and Responsibilities


Product
● Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product or products they specialize in. This includes features, benefits, technical specifications, and competitive advantages.
● Training and Education: Train internal teams, sales staff, and customers on the features and benefits of the product. Create training materials and documentation.
● Product & marketing role: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary product knowledge and support. Assist in the development of sales strategies and materials.
Involve in organizing conferences, symposia, product group presentation, seeding & clinical trials.
          − Conduct surveys after marketing events or before launching a new product.
          − Collaboration with sales team & service team to collect and involve in analyzing the market situation related to products collecting
          competitor prices and other competitive information.
          − Develop & update technical specifications of reagents and analyzers which are submitted for MoH,
          tender dossiers, and sales projects.
          − Do cost per test calculation to support sales development projects.
● Work with Principle: Gather & report feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders as per product reporting requirements of principals.

Application
● Set up application training schedules and train customers in applying the standard equipment procedures/protocols to achieve optimal usage of the delivered products;
● Conduct regular Application preventive maintenance to optimize the user operation and instruments (after-sales services);
● Act as a point of contact for customers and provide assistance with product-related inquiries. Address customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience;
● Provide customer support and technical issue resolution via telephone, e-mail, remote in a timely manner;
● Resolve instrument, software, assay development and other product related issues;
● Be aware and to manage at all times the safety standards required by bio-safety regulations, installation and operation of equipment;
● Continuously develop technical application knowledge through self-study and provided training;
● Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.


Requirements


● Medical or Biological University Graduation
● 2 – 3 years of experience at the Product and Application roles in Medical Devices
● Good interaction skills
● Analytical and problem-solving skills
● Presentation skills
● Time-management skills
● Good at English
