Roles and Responsibilities

• Rotation-Based Learning across key departments (Accounting, Taxation, Business Consulting, and Operations)
• On-the-Job Training supervised by senior managers and directors
• Workshops & Coaching on technical, soft skills, and leadership development
• Performance Reviews and mentorship for continuous improvement
• Career Advancement path toward full-time executive-track roles after successful completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or in final year) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged; up to 1 year of work or internship experience is a plus
• Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, or financial systems (e.g., Excel, Xero, QuickBooks) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of initiative, adaptability, and professionalism
• Proficient in English (Khmer language is an advantage)
