Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead all core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws and group HR policies.

• Partner with department heads to support organizational development and workforce planning.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or service sector.

• Strong understanding of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Fluent in Khmer and English (Thai language is an advantage).

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
